Frith

The Frith live in a very organised hierarchical society. They are almost robotic in how they live their lives. A Frith is assigned a colour from the age of 8, they will then almost exclusively follow that path. Their structure is divided into 7 colours of workgroup.

Life in the workgroups differs slightly from work group to workgroup. As a consequence of a more rigidised structure the Frith enjoy better healthcare than the Rabbel. Rabbel Doctors are often Frith exhiles. Those who do not fit into the Frith lifestyle are often exhiled across the border at Keynes. Thus Keynes has a high proportion of Frith exiles.

History of the Frith.

Following the Solar Flare catastrophe, Joseph Frith was quick to realise the importance of food and food logistics. He set up systems which were worthwhile feeding his community. He defended his food stocks vigorously, and his system of farming post solar flare. When the virus struck he retreated quickly to a Norfolk stronghold where the community quarantined themselves in a small area for 70 years.

Little was heard from the Frith, as now they had become, already following a strict and rigid docterine ensuring each Frith worked 16 hours per day, leisure time was restricted and those who did not conform cast out to face the disease.

The Frith steadily built their numbers and began to expand their borders, shooting any human they found, resistant, carrier, and sufferer alike. Finally, after the Frith war, the Frith agreed all non-Frith live above the border and that a fence should be erected along the border, those non-Frith living South of the line were exhiled. The Frith then isolated themselves developing in the city of Frith.
